Responsibilities:

• Process customer retail and lease titles and registrations with accuracy and efficiency.

• Manage, log, and track titles for out-of-state customers, ensuring timely follow-up.

• Handle resale title processing and related documentation.

• Prepare checks for title batches, registrations, and license plates.

• Organize, mail, copy, and file all deal-related paperwork for retail and lease transactions.

• Update "Title Status" and "Comments" in Lightyear DMS system.

• Issue refund checks to customers as needed.

• Reconcile assigned accounts and maintain accurate financial records.

• Perform additional administrative duties as required.

Qualifications:

• Highly detail-oriented with strong accuracy in processing high volumes of work.

• Excellent organizational skills to ensure timely and efficient task completion.

• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.

• Positive, professional demeanor with the ability to collaborate across teams.

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office preferred.

• Prior automotive title experience is an advantage.

• Experience in a consolidated accounting office setting is a plus.

• Training available for candidates without prior automotive title experience.
