Janitorial General Cleaner: OpSource has partnered with a family-owned and operated janitorial services company located in Asheville, NC. Currently looking for flexible cleaners.

Pay for the position:

• $17.50

Shifts for the position:

Saturday & Sunday 3:30pm-12:00am

Job requirements for the position may include:

• This position is required to have the visual acuity to determine the accuracy, neatness, and thoroughness of work assigned. This position is exposed to chemicals used for cleaning

• This position is primarily subject to inside conditions; however, the duties require the position to assist with snow removal activities around the Airport as needed from time to time.
• Physical activities include stooping, crouching, reaching, standing, walking, pushing, pulling, lifting, grasping, and repetitive motions.
• Performs routine and manual work in cleaning of all airport facilities. Maintains airport facility interior and exterior on a daily basis.

Qualifications for the position:

• Completion of high school or equivalent education required. Experience working in the custodial field, or any combination of education and experience that produces the required knowledge, skill, and abilities listed above.
• This position must exercise considerable tact and judgment in corresponding with the general public regarding complaints, problems, and requests for service.
• Work includes the performance of routine, established tasks such as cleaning restrooms, collecting garbage from garbage cans, restocking restroom supplies, and cleaning offices.
