Are you a passionate and experienced BCaBA with strong leadership skills, ready to make a meaningful impact in the field of Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA)? We are seeking an Clinical Director Assistant to join our leadership team and support our mission of providing high-quality, individualized ABA services in the home setting.
What You’ll Do:
Assist in clinical oversight and guidance to RBTs and other clinical team members delivering in-home ABA therapy.
Review treatment plans, progress notes, and reports for quality, accuracy, and compliance.
Design individualized ABA treatment plans based on assessment results and evidence-based practices. Develop behavior intervention strategies to reduce challenging behaviors and teach new skills. Ensure that treatment plans are comprehensive and adaptable to the client's changing needs.
Conduct client intakes and assessments, providing recommendations for treatment plans and services.
Ensure all therapy programs meet or exceed quality standards and compliance regulations.
Monitor the progress of clients, making adjustments to therapy protocols as necessary.
Collaborate with families, caregivers, and other stakeholders to ensure clear, consistent communication.
Assist in maintaining organizational systems, workflows, and clinical standards.
Contribute to technical writing including assessments, treatment plans, and progress summaries.
Work independently while ensuring alignment with company goals and clinical standards.
What We’re Looking For:
Valid BCaBA Michigan license required
A bachelor's degree in psychology, education, or a related field
Strong clinical background with proven ability to design and oversee ABA treatment programs.
Exceptional organizational skills with the ability to prioritize and multitask.
Strong technical writing and documentation skills.
Clear, professional communication—both written and verbal.
Creative problem-solver with the ability to adapt to a dynamic environment.
Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
Willingness to travel locally (approx. 15%).
