Our client, an investment management firm located in Waltham, MA, is seeking an Executive Assistant to join their team on a temporary to hire basis. This full-time, hybrid role requires 3-4 days in the office and offers free parking. The position follows a Monday-Friday schedule during normal business hours and is compensating $38 an hour. Responsibilities:

• Provide executive-level administrative support to senior leadership, including calendar management, scheduling, and travel arrangements
• Manage Salesforce reporting, analytics, and assist with various special projects
• Draft, edit, and prepare client-facing documents and presentations
• Handle internal and external communications on behalf of executives
• Oversee office operations, supplies, and vendor coordination
• Support organization-wide needs, demonstrating adaptability and problem-solving

Qualifications:

• Prior experience in the financial services industry required
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Outlook, OneDrive, Salesforce, Teams, Zoom, and Active Campaign
• Strong organizational, time management, and prioritization skills
• Ability to balance independent work with team collaboration
• High emotional intelligence, professionalism, and discretion
• Comfort working in a smaller office environment
• Tech-savvy with strong attention to detail and a mission-driven mindset
