📍 Location: San Francisco, Bay Area

💰 Salary: Circa $250k-$280k + stock + benefits

Scout Global is hiring for a Strategic Solution Architect with a leading Gen AI start-up that’s reshaping the industry with a best-in-breed Gen AI solution as well an exciting new product launch! The are looking for a Strategic Solution Architect to support one of the largest and most strategic accounts on the West Coast.

Qualifications & Responsibilities

• 8+ years of proven experience with Technical consulting, professional services, or customer-facing ML engineering roles. 💥
• 5+ years of strong stakeholders and partners within the data science and machine learning space.🔍
• Strong experience with major cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, Azure) is a MUST.💼
• Strong track record of working with enterprise customers (Pre/Post Sales) to drive product adoption, working closely with the feedback loop to delivering complex customer projects.✏️
• Proven ability to manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environment.👥
• Understanding of current Gen AI, LLM, NLP and ML landscape, industry trends, updates and news (applications, tools, new research) - MUST HAVE🌟
• Basic understanding of the processes required to deploy, upgrade and maintain software on customer infrastructure.🫰
• Understanding / experience with Python - MUST HAVE🔥
• Quick problem solver with exceptional attention to detail and high emotional intelligence to navigate remarkable customer experience.🌊
• Very strong communication and presentation skills, intuitive listener.💪
• Proven ability to establish credibility with senior engineering leaders, C-suite's and decision-makers within an Enterprise landscape.🌍
• Strong organizational skills for managing multiple accounts and assignments effectively.
• Ability to thrive in a dynamic start-up environment, & work with solutions focus individuals.👥
• Consistent record of enhancing internal processes and customer-facing systems proactively🌟
• Willingness to travel a few times per quarter, or more as business needs dictate.🔍
