A boutique real estate private equity firm with a national portfolio of multifamily properties is seeking a Reporting Associate to join its team. This role will work closely with the asset management team to deliver accurate, timely, and insightful reporting on portfolio performance. The ideal candidate will have strong Excel skills, a financial background, and at least 3+ years of relevant experience in real estate, private equity, or related industries.

*The office is located in Juno Beach, and this is a full-time in-person job*

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop, update, and maintain financial and operational reports on the firm’s multifamily portfolio
  • Analyze property- and portfolio-level performance metrics, including NOI, occupancy, leasing trends, and expenses
  • Partner with asset management to track business plan progress, budget variances, and capital project execution
  • Assist in preparing quarterly and annual reporting packages for investors and leadership
  • Aggregate data from property management systems and ensure accuracy across all reports
  • Build and enhance Excel-based models and reporting tools for improved analysis and efficiency
  • Support ad hoc analysis for acquisitions, dispositions, and refinancing activities as needed

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Real Estate, or a related field
  • Minimum of 3+ years of experience in financial reporting, asset management support, or real estate analytics
  • Advanced Excel skills (formulas, pivot tables, modeling) required; exposure to BI tools or Argus a plus
  • Strong attention to detail with the ability to manage and analyze large data sets
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to present findings clearly to leadership
  • Highly organized, proactive, and able to thrive in an entrepreneurial environment
